How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply use the prepaid return label included in your box to send the items back for a full refund.
Are Rieker shoes waterproof?
Many of our models feature the RiekerTex membrane, which makes them water-resistant and breathable. However, unless specifically labeled as 'waterproof,' leather and textile shoes should be treated with a protective spray for best results in wet weather.
